Ultimate Risk Warrior

While at JPMorgan, I met with a group that had a need for learning focused around risk. The client was open to a more creative approach, especially since many of the prior risk-based trainings had been so redundant. I came up with the idea to theme the training as a role-playing game where the character would "battle" based on their risk knowledge. That resulted in "The Ultimate Risk Warrior"; a training that was submitted to DevLearn 2020 and won the prize for best in show.
